As a vendor at our “Our Power, Our Planet” Earth Day event, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your eco-friendly products and services to a passionate audience committed to making a positive impact on the environment. Connect with like-minded individuals, raise brand awareness, and contribute to a greener tomorrow.
Our 2025 Planet Unity Event will be Saturday April 19th, 2025. The event will be held rain or shine with monies non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Unity of Springfield.
Set up for the event is April 19th between 7:30am-9:30am (vendors are expected to movie their vehicles by before 9:30am). Vendor is required to check-in with event staff upon arrival before setting up of any product within their reserved space. Each rental space shall be measured, numbered, and marked off. You will receive assigned number the morning of the event at check-in. Spaces are reserved on a “first-come, first-served” basis, regardless of previously held space assignments. All monies owed for space are due prior to the date of the event. Unused spaces will only be available the day of the event with a cash or credit payment (no checks will be accepted).
Payment of your space must be received before space is reserved and is required prior to the day of the event. Early bird pricing is available till April 4th, 2025. Primo vendor space and space under the big tent are limited and come with one free event t-shirt. Extra t-shirts and shirt for general vendor space of 10×10 are available at the discounted price of $10 if bought at time of vendor rental submission.
Vendors are responsible for appropriately marking their items for sale and monitoring their space and collection of payments for their items. Vendors must disclose the type of merchandise that will be sold at the event and approval for space will be at the discretion of Unity of Springfield church office. Vendor recycling is expected and containers will be provided for Unity of Springfield.
Vendors are expected to stay for the event durations. Vendors must have all unsold items removed from Unity of Springfield property and cleaned up leaving no trace no later than 6:30pm on April 19th, 2025.
