This modality is a unique combination of sonic sound healing and frequency arrangements that target the healing of the mind, body, and spirit. The use of different mallets and techniques helps to target ailments in the human body, penetrating deep into the body’s blood barriers, water barriers, nervous systems, chakras, meridians, and the deepest level of healing in the human body at the cellular level.

After waking up from a meditation/sleep state, most people experience a sense of relaxation and an energized state of consciousness, within the body-mind.

Each person has a unique experience to share after their gong sound journey.

Please bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, water, and eye mask to enhance your comfort.
