Weekly Meditation

Join us every Sunday at 6:00 PM for a tranquil and rejuvenating meditation session at Unity of Springfield. These sessions are designed to bring our community together in silence and contemplation, practicing Unity’s 4th principle of aligning ourselves with the God-mind through prayer and meditation.
About the Session: Each session begins with 20-30 minutes of guided or silent meditation, followed by a group discussion where participants can share their experiences, insights, and the peace they’ve discovered within. This practice not only deepens our spiritual connection but also fosters a supportive community atmosphere.
